Scope of Services:
Arc and Grey Building Contracting L.L.C provides construction, waterproofing, screeding, interior design, renovation, and general contracting services. All services are rendered based on mutually agreed quotations, timelines, and specifications outlined in written proposals or contracts. Any additional work, material upgrades, or design modifications requested by the client after project commencement will be subject to a revised quotation and timeline.
Quotations and Agreements:
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs, market conditions, or unforeseen project circumstances. Acceptance of a quotation must be provided in writing or via official email confirmation. Upon acceptance, a formal agreement or work order will be issued for client signature.
Payments and Invoicing:
Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the contract or invoice. Typically, payments are divided into stages (e.g., advance, progress-based, and final payment). Delayed payments may result in a pause or termination of ongoing work, and any resumption may incur additional charges. All payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, cheque, or cash) as specified in the invoice.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Arc and Grey reserves the right to charge interest or late payment fees for overdue balances.
Project Execution and Timelines:
All projects are executed with professional care and adherence to UAE safety and environmental standards. While we strive to complete work within agreed timelines, Arc and Grey shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supplier issues, permit delays, or client-requested changes.
Warranties and Quality Assurance:
Arc and Grey provides limited warranties on workmanship and materials as defined in each project contract. Warranty coverage excludes damages resulting from misuse, structural changes by third parties, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
Liability Limitation:
Arc and Grey Building Contracting L.L.C shall not be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Intellectual Property:
All website content, designs, logos, and materials created by Arc and Grey are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project details, financial data, and proprietary information shared during the course of business.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Updates and Modifications:
Arc and Grey reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
