Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arc and Grey Building Contracting L.L.C, we strive to maintain transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction in every project we undertake. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed for our services.

Service Confirmation:
All projects, quotations, and work orders are considered confirmed only after receiving written approval and the agreed advance payment. Once a project has been initiated, materials have been procured, or manpower has been allocated, cancellations will be subject to the conditions stated below.

Cancellation by Client:
If a client wishes to cancel the project before commencement, a written request must be submitted to Arc and Grey. In such cases, a 10% administrative fee may be deducted from the advance payment to cover administrative and planning costs.

Arc and Grey reserves the right to cancel or postpone any project due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety risks, non-payment, site inaccessibility, or violations of agreed terms. In such instances, clients will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the project’s progress and incurred expenses.

Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services-such as consultation fees, design planning, administrative charges, and third-party permits-are strictly non-refundable, as they involve professional time and resource allocation prior to execution.

Dispute Resolution:
Any refund or cancellation disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Arc and Grey reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
