Warranty Coverage:
Arc and Grey provides a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials used in all projects, as specified in the project contract. The warranty period generally ranges from 12 months to 10 years, depending on the service type, materials, and manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty Claims Procedure:
Clients must submit any warranty claim in writing within the warranty period, providing project details, photographs, and a brief description of the issue. Our technical team will inspect the site within a reasonable timeframe to determine the cause.
If the issue falls under warranty, Arc and Grey will repair or replace the defective work or material at no additional cost.
Post-Completion Service:
We offer routine inspection and maintenance services to help clients preserve long-term performance. Any additional repairs or upgrades outside the warranty scope will be quoted separately at competitive rates.

This Warranty & Service Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
